Mayor Hancock and Councilman Chris Herndon joined NE Denver Housing and Forest City officials in a groundbreaking ceremony on Jan. 16 for 18 new affordable town homes. The homes are two- and three-bedroom, two-story units that range from 995 to 1,333 square feet. Prices range from $160,000 to $230,000. There are seven two-bedroom units and 11 three-bedroom units.
