Registered [501(c3)] organizations receive a 5% discount.

Complimentary layout is offered but advertiser must provide graphics and a description of the desired ad layout. Ad agency services such as logo design, ad slogans, or multiple design options are not included with complimentary layout. 1/16 black ads must run three or more times to qualify for complimentary layout

Full page and half page horizontal are approximately 10% smaller than the vertical, which is reflected in the prices. Black-only ads are offered only in the 1/16 size.

Inserts

The cost for an ad insert in the Front Porch is a flat fee of $3119, with distribution to 27,780 homes. Starting with the September 2015 issue, the insert cost will be $3378 due to a rate increase from our distributor.

That cost is based on a single sheet or folded insert (text or lightweight card stock) up to 8.5 x 11”. Call for a quote on larger or heavier inserts. Inserts are tucked inside the fold of the paper and are delivered only to homes, they do not go in our racks.

Reservation is due by the 10th of the month prior to ensure delivery in the upcoming month, and payment is due by the 15th of the month PRIOR since our distributor requires prepayment for their service.
