Stanley Marketplace developers Flightline Ventures has partnered up with Westfield Company that does real estate investment, development and management.
Westfield purchased 50 percent of Stanley, as well as a small parcel of land south of the marketplace to build apartments, according to BusinessDen.
Westfield’s portfolio includes the Lincoln Light Rail Station in Lone Tree, The Penrose Pavilion Medical Office in Colorado Springs, and Promontory Park in Greeley.
