The Front Porch was started by Forest City in 2000 as a means to keep surrounding communities and public officials informed of the progress of the development of Stapleton. In July 2005 the Front Porch became independent from Forest City. The editors/publishers, Carol Roberts and Steve Larson, have no financial or other obligations to any other person or business.
